Honda H’ness CB350 Anniversary Edition price in india

Exactly after a year of its launch, the Honda H’ness CB350 has received its first-ever limited-edition variant. Aptly named Anniversary Edition, this new variant comes with a few cosmetic enhancements over the DLX Pro variant and is priced above the latter. The new Honda H’ness CB350 Anniversary Edition was launched amidst several motorcycle enthusiasts at the 2021 Edition of the India Bike Week.

Price

The new Honda H’ness CB350 has been launched in a single variant, which is priced at Rs 2.03 lakh (ex-showroom, India). This makes it Rs 2,000 more expensive than the DLX Pro variant and Rs 7,000 dearer than the entry-level DLX variant. Honda has started taking bookings for the new variant, with the first batch of deliveries set to start in January 2022.

What’s new?

The new Honda H’ness CB350 Anniversary Edition has been launched in two new monotone colour options of Pearl Igneous Black and Matt Marshal Green Metallic. In both the colour options, the motorcycle comes with golden-finished 3D logos on the fuel tank and side body cowls. Both these panels also get an additional pin-striping job to make them look slightly more special. In addition, the motorcycle also gets a chrome-finished side stand, which is a blacked-out part in the DLX and DLX Pro variants. Lastly, unlike the standard variants which get a long single-piece seat, the new Anniversary Edition gets brown-coloured split seats as standard.

Design and Features

Apart from the changes mentioned above, the new Honda H’ness CB350 Anniversary Edition stays identical to the standard version. The motorcycle comes with a handsome neo-retro design, with design elements like rounded LED headlamp with daytime running LED and turn indicators, LED tail lamp, black alloy wheels and a part-digital instrument console with rounded speedometer and a blue-backlit LCD panel for fuel gauge, odometer, trip meters, gear indicator and turn-by-turn navigation. Since it is based on the more premium DLX Pro variant, it also gets a couple of other add-ons like the Honda Smartphone Voice Control System (HSVCS) and double horn.

Engine and Transmission

There are no changes whatsoever with the engine for the Anniversary Edition, for the single-cylinder, air-cooled, 348.36cc engine. Available with a 5-speed gearbox, this engine produces a maximum power output of 20.8 bhp @ 5,500 rpm, while the peak torque output produced is 30 Nm @ 3,000 rpm.

Chassis

Sitting on a half-duplex cradle frame, the Honda H’ness CB350 Anniversary Edition gets a suspension setup of hydraulic telescopic forks at the front and hydraulic coil springs at the rear. Riding on a 100/90-19 front tyre and a 130/70-18 rear tyre, the Honda H’ness CB350 Anniversary Edition is equipped with a braking setup of a single disc on both wheels.

Competition

Apart from the undisputed leader of the segment, the Royal Enfield Classic 350, the Honda H’ness CB350 Anniversary Edition will also take on other motorcycles like Jawa 42, Benelli Imperiale and Royal Enfield Meteor 350.
