Engine and Transmission
The only powertrain which is offered as standard in all the variants is a 1.5-litre four-cylinder naturally aspirated petrol engine. Available with both 5-speed manual and 4-speed automatic transmission options, the engine produces a maximum power output of 105 PS and a peak torque output of 138 Nm. This powertrain is also available in a single CNG-powered variant, in which it makes similar maximum power and torque outputs.

Safety and Security Features
For a vehicle of its size and price, the Maruti Suzuki Ertiga is decently loaded with dual front airbags, ABS with EBD, reverse parking sensors, brake assist and ISOFIX mounts for child seats.
