Menza Motors Launches Electric Motorcycle LUCAT @INR 2,79,999

Menza Lucat will be sold at Rs. 2,79,999 lakh Ex-showroom and bookings will start mid-Feb onwards.

Menza Motors, India’s only bootstrap auto-manufacturing startup has today launched its electric motorcycle Lucat at the Auto Expo 2018 at the price tag of Rs. 2,79,999 Ex-showroom. The pre-bookings of the Lucat motorbike will commence mid-Feb and the doorstep deliveries of the bike will start mid-August onwards.

The specialty of the bike is its charging capability through any wall socket and onboard charging. The company has designed this product keeping in sync the technological superiority as well as youthful appeal towards consumers. The bike has undergone the road test of 10,000 km under an extensive research and development program by the bike maker. The company has designed or manufactured 84% of the parts locally, under the Government’s Make in India initiative.

Menza Lucat is capable of delivering high performance and the peak power and torque figures are read as 18Kw and 60Nm respectively. The power is generated through a 72V Li-ion battery that gets smart BMS System which allows the vehicle to get fully charged in just 4 hours. Besides, the motorcycle is fast charge capable in just 90 minutes.
