The Auto Expo 2018 is inching closer and every auto-enthusiast is curious to know what all cars will launch and unveil at the country’s biggest motor show. Out of all the popular automobile manufacturers in India, Toyota is going to be one of the most happening car makers to watch at the motor show as it will bring many exciting cars that will be launched in the Indian auto-market within one to two years. So, let us find out which are those fabulous Toyota cars that will make their debut at the Auto Expo 2018.

Toyota Vios / Toyota Yaris Ativ

Toyota will introduce the Yaris ATIV sedan at the Indian Auto Expo 2018. The car will carry the Toyota Vios badge and is likely to be launched very soon in India. Already the test mules of Toyota Vios have been spied numerous times, and with the Vios launched in the Indian car market, the company would be eyeing to snatch a decent amount of sales from the popular C-segment cars like Honda City, Hyundai Verna, Maruti Ciaz and Volkswagen Vento. Overseas, this C2 sedan segment car comes equipped with 1.3 litre and 1.5 litre petrol mills but it is anticipated that in the Indian auto-market, Toyota may introduce the Vios with a 1.4 litre turbocharged 4-pot mill engine.

Toyota Yaris

Toyota Yaris will be another great car to watch at Toyota’s pavilion at the Auto Expo 2018. The Yaris is a premium hatchback and is very likely to be offered in a 1.2 litre petrol and 1.4 litre diesel powertrains. Toyota Yaris is expected to be launched in the Indian market by July this year and will compete against Hyundai Elite i20. Price wise, you can expect the Yaris hatchback to be slightly expensive than the available rivals as many premium features will be in the offer list.

Toyota Camry 2018

Toyota Camry 2018 made its global debut at the Detroit Motor Show. The car shares the Prius platform and is anticipated to be offered in India with petrol and hybrid powertrains.  This premium sedan has received many cosmetic alterations, especially on the aerodynamic front, to improve the overall drive and performance. The exterior features will be pretty much similar to the Prius sedan, with some of them being LED tail and head lamps, daytime running lights and revised front & rear bumpers.

Toyota Land Cruiser Prado 2018

Toyota’s terrain machine, the Land Cruiser Prado will be another great car to watch in its all-new avatar at the Delhi Auto Expo. This facelifted Land Cruiser Prado has already made its debut in the international markets, and was earlier revealed at the Frankfurt Motor Show. The 2018 Toyota Land Cruiser Prado will be much more calibrating than its predecessor and will be more skilled to run off-road. The car will be introduced with added bells and whistles, and will carry the mammoth 4.5 litre turbocharged diesel engine.
